Workplace Enrichment: Partnering for the Journey
How We Support UN Sustainable Development Goal #8

We couldn’t deliver outstanding, sustainable print communications to you without the dedicated, creative people who populate our workforce. They’re our partners every step of the way. Workplace Enrichment, the fifth of the seven principles in the EarthColor Sustainability EcoSystem, drives our efforts to bring out the best in our people and add value to our business. It is also at the heart of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goal #8: “To promote sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment, and decent work for all.”

“Do the right thing” has been the mantra of our corporate philosophy from the very beginning. It starts with an environment that is open, inclusive and fair, one that inspires creativity and innovation and provides ample opportunities for professional growth and advancement. We believe that a strong, diverse employee population provides an open, positive and fun work experience that gives us a competitive edge.

These principles are now evident on the world stage. The UN’s Sustainable Development Goal #8 targets sustained economic productivity, fueled by respect for human rights and gender equality. It includes the creation of stronger income-generating programs for vulnerable groups, such as women, youth, the urban and rural poor, and people with disabilities. International focus is centered on adding more jobs in high value-added and labor-intensive sectors and achieving full and productive employment and decent work for all women and men by 2030.

We wholeheartedly support these objectives and remain committed on our own turf to diversity, equal employment opportunities, and competitive salaries. Nearly half of our workforce consists of minority groups, and we’re working to close the gender gap. Currently, 25% of our employees and 31.3% of our executive management team are women. We’re committed to continue efforts to increase these numbers.
