The Paper Calculator is an innovative tool that allows users to quantify and compare the environmental impact of different paper choices. Since its launch in 2005, the Paper Calculator has grown into a widely-respected online resource, with thousands of monthly online visitors and dozens of high-profile companies and non-governmental organizations citing its results.

EarthColor frequently uses the Paper Calculator as a resource in our corporate sustainability program to help drive a greater understanding of the entire paper life-cycle. Indeed, the Paper Calculator has proven to be an effective tool in our Client Education Program through which we proactively and eagerly work with our clients to help provide a better understanding of how to utilize environmentally sustainable strategies and paper.

The Power Users Program is by invitation only and is compromised of select businesses, non-profits and other organizations that are committed to a leadership role in promoting the sustainable production and consumption of paper. Power Users provide financial support to assist in the Environmental Paper Network in maintaining the Paper Calculator as an independent and transparent resource which clearly communicates the benefits of environmentally preferable paper choices.

EarthColor is pleased to be invited to join the Power User Program and hope that our participation in the program will serve to further promote the Paper Calculator as a reliable resource in identifying and quantifying significant environmental savings opportunities, and assisting companies and organization in their sustainability goals.
